Pennymac will update the Best Efforts rate sheet effective for all Commitments as follows:
- Update Footnote for the ‘2nd Home Additional’ and ‘Investment Additional’ LLPAs on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ Grid, effective on or after Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
- Update the ‘Fixed 20/25/30 Yr’ values on the ‘SRP - Govt’ tab, effective on or after Friday, March 29, 2024.
