Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, March 18, 2024 as follows:
- Improve values for the ‘2nd Home Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ Grid.
- Improve values for the ‘Investment Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ Grid.
