With respect to loans sold to Pennymac and in addition to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement and any other legal agreements between Pennymac and the Seller lender, each Seller lender is bound by all provisions of this Non-Delegated Seller Guide, including the Non-Delegated Product Profiles (link below).
Specific program guidelines can be found on gopennymac.com in the “Non-Delegated Resources” sub-section of the “Tools & Resources” tab. Where the applicable product profile does not address a particular credit parameter, customers should apply applicable investor guidelines. If none of the aforementioned resources provides guidance then customers can forward questions to nondelegateduwhelp@pnmac.com for direction.
