Effective for all Best Effort commitments taken on or after July 30, 2021, PennyMac will make the following changes to the BE rate sheet:
- Update values on the Conventional ‘Risk Based Priced Adjustments – FRM > 20 Year Term’ Grid
The new values will be as follows:
