21-100: Updates to Conventional and Government LLPAs

PennyMac will update Conventional and Government LLPAs effective for all Best Effort commitments taken on or after Wednesday, December 8, 2021, as follows:

  • Update value on Conventional ‘LPA Special’ LLPA
  • Remove High Balance <= 625,000 LLPAs
  • Remove High Balance > 625,000 LLPAs
  • Update Government Purchase Special to VA Purchase Special
