Effective immediately, CRT Capital Group LLC is now removed from the list of acceptable Broker Dealers in the Assignment of Trade (AOT) commitment option. Correspondents may no longer assign trades executed with CRT Capital Group LLC.
The PennyMac list of acceptable broker dealers will be updated shortly and may be found in “Exhibit 3 - Assignment of Trade Acceptable Broker Dealers” under the Commitment Policy section of the Seller Guide.
